Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed the International Primary Curriculum unit' Mission to Mars', especially designing, making and testing their Mars Rovers. The student-produced Rovers needed to travel over simulated rough terrain. To make the Rovers move independently, the students used Lego Robotics to control their vehicles.  The students used eggs to replicate the Rovers, and their final task was to parachute the eggs safely to earth without breaking them. A tough challenge testing the students' perseverance and resilience, but their creativity shone through in the end! Excellent work, Year 6!
